Detailed Description

This a simple Voice Agent, that aims to track leads for Real Estate Agents. Simple flow is
1. Bot warmly welcomes the leads, gathering the name and contact details
2. Gathers what is the service they are looking for from the Knowledge Base along with Budget details
3. Based on response, qualifies as Hot or Cold Lead.
4. Sends Gmails to sales team @ krish.ganguly.79@gmail.com and to lead based on email they shared
5. Records all lead details onto Google Sheets.

It has lots of issues/bugs where all paths are not tested yet, but good enough for a demo for the happy path scenario
