Detailed Description

How I Built My AI Chatbot in Voiceflow.ai ?

I started by deciding what the chatbot should do. In my case, it was built as a 24/7 lead generation assistant — answering FAQs, explaining services, and capturing customer details.

I opened Voiceflow.ai and created a new project. Voiceflow’s interface is drag-and-drop, so I could design the conversation flow step by step.

I mapped out how the bot should greet visitors, ask qualifying questions, and respond to FAQs. Each step was added as a block in Voiceflow’s canvas.

For more natural and dynamic answers, I connected ChatGPT into Voiceflow. This gave the bot the ability to respond in real time, beyond just pre-written scripts.

I built forms inside the flow to collect visitor details like name, email, and requirements — perfect for generating leads directly from the chat.

I adjusted the tone, style, and responses to keep everything consistent with the brand’s voice.

I ran simulations inside Voiceflow to make sure the chatbot handled FAQs, explained services clearly, and guided users smoothly.
