Can you please let me know if any one has worked on voiceflow AI agent?

I am building an agent for one of the construction company and need to know few things please.

1. How to enable if welcome email has to go out from company email? (for this its gmail account only)

2. Once the user visits the website and enters the details, the comapny is requesting to get those details stored in their google sheet. could you please let me know how to integrate this, so that once their team refreshes the sheet or folder, they should be able to see the updated leads data stored?

3. Also, welcome email is working only for 1st few chats, later it is saying techincal issue, know the reason for this?
