      Every Co-operative Housing Society in Maharashtra must conduct specific General Body Meetings as mandated under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 & Model Bye-laws.

      📌 1. First General Body Meeting (FGM) – Bye-Law No. 85

      This is the first mandatory meeting of the society.
      ✔ Must be conducted within 3 months of society registration
      ✔ Requires 14 clear days’ notice

      📌 2. Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) – Bye-Law No. 94

      The most important meeting of the year.
