Grateful for Growth, Learning, and the Right Ecosystem
The past year has been a defining phase in my professional journey.
During my tenure at Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd., I received an internal growth of ~22%, followed by a ~49% growth after transitioning to Dilip Buildcon Ltd. Overall, this journey reflects an ~81% year-on-year professional growth.
While percentages indicate progress, the real transformation came from clarity, mindset shift, and continuous learning.
