I am planning to do 1on 1 consulting on AI for teachers and my target audience is Private school teachers, online tutors, coaching centre owners, and course creators (aged 28–50), who are English-speaking, often not tech-savvy, but eager to reduce workload and modernize their teaching approach.

I am planning to keep an introductory price of ₹499 Later, I plan to introduce tiered packages like:₹1,499 for a 3-session implementation plan, ₹2,999 for full AI adoption + tech hand-holding. My current target is to generate ₹25,000 per month from 1-on-1 consulting by offering sessions at ₹499 each, which translates to around 50 paid calls monthly (approximately 2–3 sessions per day). As I grow, I plan to scale this to ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month through higher-ticket packages and group coaching add-ons.
