Custom GPT Medium — export capability (INR 2,000–5,000 / USD 25–60) for report summaries to other departments. Colleagues or I at district level.

      2.Data Entry & Prompt Assistant Helps you input key metrics (e.g., eggs produced, feed usage, mortality) via chat and auto-populates report templates. Voiceflow Low — internal time savings; potential for departmental adoption. Staff responsible for data collection and reporting. (I am a farm officer.)

      3.Reminder & Draft Assistant Sends prompt reminders at month-end and prepares a rough draft of the report for review. Voiceflow Low to Medium — internal productivity boost. Me and team members.
