Last 3 weeks were extremely enjoyable with the amount of learning and hands-on I did with VoiceFlow. I now have a hang of developing using Agent Blocks , Talk and Listen Blocks, Logic Blocks, integration with GoogleSheets and Gmail. Miles to go, as I need to learn other advanced features like APIs which will give flexibility to connect to any external sources and CRMS.

My strategy for this hackathon was to deepen the skills on VoiceFlow as ThinkStack free version is just limited to FAQs and a Knowledge base with very little scope of customization.

I am not targeting any real-time sales in this hackathon, as I am not there yet to produce BOTs that can be monetized.

Listing down all the basic BOTs that I have built in this Hackathon (Overall 4 which I am offcially publishing)

#1 . Real Estate Agent to collect leads, at end of the conversation, will log details in a Google Sheet and send email to user and also to the sales team notifying the leads

Open Issues – Its not tested fully for all paths, and is working to some extent for the path where you respond with Options “within 3 months”. At places where the Agent doesn’t move, you need to respond with “What Next” to make it keep moving.

#2 Diet Planner , will mail across Diet Plan to your email ID based on your health needs.

#3 Agent to collect leads on your interest to join our personal development programs, will mail you the details of your conversations with us

#4 This is a BOT that has an inventory of my complete knowledge of my last 2 years of personal development with my mentors. It’s a real knowledge base with my personalized data.
