I’ve been working on two very different AI products, each with its own strategy:
AI for Kids Explorer Bot
Target Audience: Parents, schools, and edtech platforms
Monetization: Subscription-based model for parents, bulk licensing for schools, and partnership opportunities with edtech startups.
Social Media Growth Bot
Target Audience: Small businesses, solopreneurs, and marketing agencies
Monetization: Tiered pricing (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) – from creators who just need post ideas, to agencies managing multiple clients.
The key lesson I’ve learned?
Monetization and client targeting can’t be “one size fits all.” Each product solves a different pain point, so the strategy must adapt accordingly.
