𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 : 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

I’ve been thinking about how much of my day is actually guided by algorithms—and it honestly surprised me.

My phone decides which notifications I see first.
My feeds pick what I read, watch, and even think about.
And most of the time, I don’t even notice it happening.

It made me pause and ask myself:
How much of my life am I really choosing… and how much am I just following because it’s placed in front of me?

I’m not against any of it—it genuinely makes life easier.
I just want to stay a little more aware instead of slipping into autopilot.
