Project Objective
This project demonstrates how AI and no-code platforms like Voiceflow can be used to build socially meaningful tools. The RRB chatbot is a scalable model that can be adapted and deployed widely to support millions of aspirants across India, making government exam guidance more equitable and accessible.
The primary objective of this project is to assist Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) exam aspirants by providing them with an easy-to-use, voice-enabled virtual assistant that can answer common queries about the examination process. The chatbot is designed to be accessible to users from all backgrounds, particularly those from remote or underserved regions, where access to official guidance is limited.
Problem Statement
The RRB exams are attempted by millions of candidates annually across India. However, a large number of aspirants face the following challenges:
Limited awareness of exam patterns, syllabus, and eligibility criteria
Difficulty in navigating official RRB websites and understanding notifications
Lack of access to mentorship or instant support
