How it Works: The bot follows a 6-step flow (Service Type → Date/Time → Name → Phone → Confirmation → Final Action).

It uses slot filling to capture required data (Service Type, Date/Time, Full Name, Phone Number).

Conditional Logic: Implements priority flagging for "emergency" service types and loops back to clarification steps for invalid inputs (e.g., date format or declined confirmation).

Tone: Maintains a professional, polite, and reassuring tone throughout the conversation.
