From Factory Floors to AI Floors — Why I’m Still Just Getting Started at 66 🚀
मैं दौड़ना चाहता हूँ, उड़ना चाहता हूँ, गिरना भी चाहता हूँ… बस रुकना नहीं चाहता!
Before joining Diamond Community, I had experience — but I wanted direction.
I’ve spent three decades in automation. In 1995, I founded Access Automation Pvt. Ltd. and, over the years, we’ve delivered systems for nuclear, oil, and public-sector units across India. We now have a 170+ member team.
Yet, when ChatGPT arrived, I felt the same curiosity I had in my early engineering days. I knew AI wouldn’t just be “another tool” — it would reshape automation. I wanted a structured way to go deeper.
Then I discovered Growthyfai & Diamond Community.
I joined the Diamond Membership in 2023. What impressed me was the clarity — no fluff, just a roadmap. I attend every session, take notes, and implement immediately.
Each session sparks a new idea: voice frameworks, productivity systems, research workflows with tools like Perplexity, Whisper, LiveKit, Moshi, Canva, and more.
Learning wasn’t enough — I applied it inside my company.
I still code with my young Python team. Together, we experimented with custom voice agents, speech pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows.
We integrated AI where it makes sense — faster research, better documentation, smarter quality checks, and rapid creative iterations for demos.
The result? Higher productivity and a team that’s excited about what’s next.
Sharing what I learn matters to me.
I’ve taught my team to use AI tools confidently.
I’ve done live demos of custom AI voice systems in front of hundreds of people.
Watching the audience realize what’s possible has been deeply fulfilling.
Recently, we also inaugurated our new office — a reminder that growth can be graceful and relentless at the same time.
What Diamond changed for me.
Diamond gave me structure and community.
I often say Rohit Mote is the Narayan Murthy of education — a steady hand building something meaningful for thousands.
The community keeps me curious, and curiosity keeps me building.
My advice to anyone considering Diamond.
Respect your mentors. Stay curious. Be willing to fail — and learn.
Don’t measure Growthyfai by certificates; measure it by the systems you ship and the results you create.
If you’re serious about building with AI, this community gives you both clarity and momentum.
What’s next?
I’m going deeper into AI-first automation — especially voice and on-device intelligence — so our systems become faster, safer, and more human-friendly.
I’m not retiring; I’m rewiring.
The best is yet to come.
